I think this handsome but sadly neglected building is among the best architecture on High Street. It is close to Swansea Station.  I sat on the patch of grass on the corner to paint. I had to do three sessions there because it proved a rather complex subject. I hope someone manages to restore this building and its equally run-down neighbour. High Street needs to retain a bit of its old quality and character.
