Another one of my paintings of Swansea buildings. The Boys' Club on Mayhill has been awaiting restoration and conversion for years. It has been substantially damaged by fire and is a mess. It is visible from a number of places sitting on the skyline. Although the neglect of this site is sad, it makes an interesting subject. I think the graffiti on the building adds colour and interest to the painting. I have kept the brushwork loose. Oil on canvas.
