This is another in a series of paintings I have been doing of Swansea's well known buildings and structures. The bridge to the new arena seems controversial, particularly in terms of its colour. In any event, seen from underneath it creates a strong shape for this composition. Cars are, of course, ever present in this location and are a major component of our environment but they appear much less frequently in the paintings most of us produce.
