I started this one morning by our hotel in north India but didn't have time to finish. I completed it after a day's sightseeing but, by then, the sun was, of course, on the opposite side. So I reversed the sun and shadows on the mountains and finished painting the trees with the light from the left. It shows a distant view of the Himalayas. You can just make out the settlements down in the valleys below through the ever present Indian haze. The higher air above is clearer so the mountains seem to float. Acrylic on canvas board. This was shown in the 2018 Swansea Open at the Glynn Vivian.
